It’s been about a month since my last blog post, and I think it’s time for a little update. 2018 has arrived, and I’ve just returned from a short trip to Paris. I’ve decided to pick things up like usual, yet slightly differently. Lately, I’ve noticed that I have been setting the bar too high…for myself.
I’ve been trying to write the most thought-out, elaborate travel stories, pressuring myself to publish better content. I stopped showing you photos that didn’t look ‘professional’ enough, even though I secretly liked them anyway. While it will always be my priority to keep growing, I’ve noticed this high personal standard can actually be very unproductive. I’m in my final year of university, and there is just too much running through my mind.
Postcards from the Parisian Streets
I want to be more free with my blog again, publishing whatever I feel like sharing, no matter how simple or unprepared. So, today, I want to share a little ‘preview’ of my trip to Paris, if you will. For now, I don’t have a lot of words to say. Those will come later. Right now, I really want to share a few charming scenes from the Parisian streets, shot with my smartphone. Think of them as digital postcards from Paris, from me to you.
Good memories, beautiful pictures
Thanks! 😉
