This is what Normandy’s Gold Beach Looks Like Today

Hi guys! Today I’ll be posting another chapter from my trip to Normandy in May: Gold Beach, situated along the coast of Arromanches-les-Bains. “Gold” was the code name for this landing beach during D-day 1944. Remains from the temporary harbour are still visible, though, nowadays, the beach is filled with tourists (including me) and playing children (arguably me too).
