Silhouettes at Museumplein in Amsterdam

Today (although technically yesterday) I had to run a few errands in town and, amazingly, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, so I decided to cycle around for a few minutes. Since a day like this is pretty rare in winter, it felt like the wise thing to do!

I sat down for a while to watch the sunset at Museumplein. Museumplein is one of the biggest and most important squares in Amsterdam. You can find the prominent museums to the side of thes square, like the Rijksmuseum and Vincent van Gogh Museum.

People were passing by, so I took a few photos with my phone, since I didn’t have my camera with me, but I thought I’d share anyway.
